Time For A Tune Up!

This Spring, be sure to take inventory of your body and address any aches, pains or injuries before you begin hiking, running, cycling, swimming, or cross-training.

Here are some Do's to prevent injury this Spring:

  • Do listen to your body and take your time to gradually build up your exercise intensity, frequency and duration.

  • Do change up your exercise routine by adding a variety of activities so that you use different muscles each time you work out.

  • Do a proper warm up & warm down to keep your muscles warm, loose and limber.

  • Do stay hydrated, get proper nutrition and give your body sufficient recovery time.

  • Do get regular bodywork to keep proper alignment and relaxed muscles; address injuries right away.
